Firstly we will arrange a site visit to carry out the drone survey of your roof.



What does this include?

- Photographs of your roof area including close up images of any specific problem/repair areas.

What's the cost?

- We charge a fixed price fee for our drone survey this is based on your property roof size and will range between £100 to £200.

We will then provide you with a full detailed report following the drone survey.



What does this include?

- Full written report on the current condition of your roof this will include tile condition, mortar condition and any problem areas. This will also include high resolution images of your roof.

The report is included within the survey price and will be sent via email within 48 hours of the drone survey been carried out.

Step 3

Within your survey report we will include our recommendation for follow-up works if needed.

What does this include?

- Provide detailed description of any recommended works that need to be carried out to bring your roof back to a good state & weather proof.

- We will provide fixed-price quotations for any exterior cleaning or minor repair works directly from us.

- We work closely with high quality roofing contractors who we can arrange to provide fixed price quotations for any major repair or re-roof works needed.
