The price of our roof clean services differ as they are based on the size of your roof area and the type of roof tiles you have. We provide fixed-price quotations and all we need are a few details from you including your property address.

All our services differ in time frame however we will always endevour to give you a timescale for completion of the works however due to weather, level of moss/debris to be cleaned this may differ. On average a typical standard size roof clean would take us 1-2 days to complete.

This is a very common question we get asked and the answer is always NO! We would never use high pressure cleaning on your roof tiles and would strongly recommend not to. The reason being that using high pressure on your roof tiles can cause more damage than good. This is a method of roof cleaning that is offered by other providers and we would always advise every customer considering this to do their own research into this prior to having carried out.

We only offer Soft Washing process or Steam Clean on roof tiles where a high temperature but low pressure is used to lift all dirt, moss & debris from the tiles.
